B0000CN47D Publisher: Collins. Date: 1966. Hardback with yellow covers, no dust jacket, 152 pages. Some penciled booksellers notation, presumably in pence. Spine has some damage at the top where the cover has come undone on the left and is torn from the binding for about 1/2 inch, some slight damage towards the bottom of the spine from removing an adhesive sticker. There is also some mild vertical creasing of the cover. There are some three or four quarter size indentations on the front cover from some youthful hammer. Some slight soiling from handling of the front cover and some red marks on the back of the book, perhaps from a red pencil that has been blurred. Binding is tight. Book shows typical wear for used book, cover can have creasing or small scrapes, binding is tight. No markings or highlighting found during a cursory search of the pages. Charming bed-time tales for children with an English flavor. Hard to find copy.
