B001KUSPFQ Hardcover, 1903, The MacMillan Company, 256 pages. Book shows moderate wear for a book that is a hundred-six years old, an old price sticker on first page, back cover shows the crash material underneath on the inside of the cover where the binding has cracked. The book is still sound enough, but the spine shows some shelf wear and a little of the maroon covers has bled along the edge of the front pastedown, and the right outside edge as well. The binding, as noted is a little shaky , it is coming separated from the cover spine, but still an eminent reading copy. A series of lectures from the 19th century originially written for young students of philosophy, but in these times the contemporary level of erudition should make this a challenge for even fully adult minds. *
